Interaction with Solna Centrum:
- Piro and Nelly (ZoukKTH) looking for a venue for dance classes
- Reached to Solna Centrum (Trudeau) and explored posibility for a couple of venues
- Interacted Solna Centrum (Josefin) for systematic pro-bono dance classes and social activities (ZoukKTH organizes and Solna Centrum provides space -> for free to attract people to Solna Centrum activities and increase the dance exposure)
- Organized a test run in Köket (20250625)-> Very well received!

What are the goals for this term:
- Create a space in Solna Centrum where people can connect through Zouk Social Dance
- Weekly free Zouk class and social at Solna Centrum

What we have:
- Piro and Nelly as leaders of the Zouk Community and well known Zouk Teachers in Stockholm
- A team of very resonsible and passionate people eager to commit their time and energy to grow this space (Classes, Music and lights)
- Good communication and connection with Stefan (support) and Salem (security)
- Good social media prescence to grow interest in the collaborative activities between SC and ZKTH

What we need:
- Time and Space (as in access to a venue available at scheduled times
- Support in reposting the events in SC social media

Long Vision:
- Dansbana for summer outdoor activities

Specifics
Summer street by Solna Centrum where they take away the cars and put in hang out areas and a dansbana with a stage with roof. They want actors to activate the area. We are one of them. There is a shed with speakers inside and we will be able to pick up the key from the information desk. We can check the volume with a decibel meter - establish a framework for it.

Schedule - DISCUSSION POINT
Timing wise - we suggested Saturday every week 14.30 - 18.30 to get the most exposure. They are very open for it. There are possibilities for any other weekday evening, except Monday bc of Sprallen..
People might be travelling on the weekends or going swimming etc.. BUT maybe its more important to be there when its the most people visiting the Centrum…! Exceptions one Saturday a month will be a full day activation - possible to take the class another day then.

Open times:
Weekdays + Sunday its until 22.00
Friday and Saturday until 23.00

Possible collab:
Food trucks can join for a Block Party Day, music, dancing and food.
Performances during other activities.
